For safety reasons, helmets are required for all of our store rides. Our rides are subject to weather, so it's a great idea to call ahead and confirm dates and times. GROUP RIDES:

PLEASE NOTE: Ride schedule and dates subject to change during the season. Please check this page or Facebook regularly for the most up-to-date ride information.  All rides leave from the store unless otherwise specified. Please arrive 15 minutes BEFORE ride start time indicated below.  For more information about group rides, please visit our Group Ride Etiquette page.

TUESDAY: 6:00 AM- Base Miles Ride - Intermediate Ride; 22-25 mph average. Route is consistent weekly (Pinellas Point Drive, Pass-a-Grille Beach, Fort DeSoto, and then back downtown)

SUNDAY:  8:00 AM-  Intermediate Road Ride 

SUNDAY: 10:30 AM-  Casual (Beginner) Road Ride 

     

No-Drop,  Route varies
*Ride leader(s) will maintain the group through meet up points or
by designating leads from fellow riders with like capabilities.

Tuesday Base Miles Ride Join Chuck for a morning base miles ride. Start at St. Pete Bicycle & Fitness (Downtown) and ride out to Pass-a-Grille, Fort DeSoto, and back downtown. It is approximately 50 miles and the pace is a steady 24mph. This is a fantastic training ride, so don't miss out!

Here you will learn the basics of maintaining your bicycle, this clinic with will cover basic repairs, preventative maintenance and will inform you of what basic tools to have handy for these situations.
