LOCAL CLUBS you should KNOW about!

Everyone is welcome on rides facilitated by SPBC, membership is not required. Of course, they hope that after you ride with them,  you will want to join and help keep the club rolling! WE at St Pete Bicycle and Fitness are Proud SPBC members! Find the SPBC on FACEBOOK
With limited, exception all of these rides are “Show and Go”. http://stpetecycling.com/

You don't need to be a member to participate in the MD "show-and-go" training (you show up ready and attired to work out, and off you go, whether it's 2 people or a hundred). New members and people thinking about training for a triathlon are more than welcome. Since they are a social club, you might want to bring some money to hang out at post-workout haunts. WE at St Pete Bicycle and Fitness are Mad Dog Memebers and encourage you to give this great group of triathletes a try! Find the Mad Dogs on FACEBOOK
